At Galanes Sports Lab Institute we’ll give you the attention and service you deserve combined with the expertise, knowledge, and experience in program development, individual training,  and ski facility and trail design.

Our individual training programs will assist you in reaching your goals, to improve fitness or performacne at all levels, enjoy training and be more productive with your training time.  We offer individual training planning, training monitoring and feedback, and technical skill development for endurance athletes. We can provide you with the best training programs for cross country skiing, cycling, running, and other endurance sports.
  
Galanes Sports Lab Institute is also available to consult with clubs and programs to assist them with program development, training camps, coaches education, special events and strategic planning.

We have extensive experience in desgining ski and recreational trails, trails master planning, feasibility studies, public process and regulatory permiting. We can guide your trail development and improvement projects from conceptual plans, public apporvals, to completition of construcution managment.
